Ray, over on Wefixit suggested that I get out and photograph birds more often. It was a good idea, Ray. I tend to get caught up in my work, and do nothing else. Meanwhile, I'm living in a migratory and bird breeding hot spot, where you will see some of these babies only once in a while. These rock sandpipers, or peeps, as I call them, are usually seen in the summer. These little guys were sunning and taking a snooze. They can't very well get down and feed when the water is lapping up onto the rocks.
